I serve individuals and couples who are struggling with a wide range of concerns, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, oppression, sexual trauma, cultural adjustment, identity concerns, and more.
Group psychotherapy is an invaluable way to learn about yourself in relationship with others. Being a part of a psychotherapy group can help you gain a deeper understanding of your patterns of relating to others in your life and to make changes that promote deep and sustaining connections in your life.
One of my areas of expertise is in training and supervising graduate psychology trainees. I have experience supervising masters and doctoral psychology trainees across all different levels of training, including practicum counselors, interns, and postdoctoral residents.
My practice is located in the Fremont area. Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone (206.659.5945) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any questions.
